Mitch Rouse. Mitch is an alum of Second City, and, with Stephen Colbert, Amy Sedaris and Paul Dinello, created the cult comedy classics “Exit 57” and “Strangers with Candy.” Mitch wrote and directed the movies “Employee of the Month” and “Without a Paddle.” Mitch also created, wrote and directed “Factory,” Spike TV’s first venture into comedy, starring improv legend Dave Pasquesi.
